    Booking & Payment

    • A service fee applies based on your event location.

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

    • Remaining balance is due 2–5 days before the event.

    Setup & Space

    • Access to power and WiFi is required.

    • Allow approximately 8x8 ft for the booth and backdrop.

    • Setup and breakdown time is included and does not count toward your booked hours.

    Service Time

    • Packages cover specific hours. Extra hours can be added for an additional fee.

    Photos & Prints

    • Inclusions depend on your selected package.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Rescheduling is possible based on availability.

    • Selected photos may be used for our portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise.
